Shipping Questions
It's not unusual for a package to be marked delivered while still in transit or left at a neighbor's address. Wait 24–48 hours — it almost always arrives. If it still hasn't appeared after 48 hours, contact us at support@badbunzygolf.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
First, check your spam or junk folder — shipping emails occasionally land there. If you still can't find it, enter your order number and email above to look up your order. No order number? Contact our team with your name and the email address you used — we'll find your order within 1–2 business days.
We process orders quickly, so address changes may not be possible once an order is submitted. Contact us immediately at support@badbunzygolf.com — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update the address before it leaves our fulfillment center.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@badbunzygolf.com — and please do not use the product before reaching out. Include photos or video of the damage. We will resolve the issue promptly, either with a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.
Yes! All orders of $150 or more within the contiguous United States qualify for free standard shipping. Our bundles are the best way to hit the free shipping threshold — more product, more Bad Bunzy Bucks points, and free shipping all in one.
We currently ship within the United States and North America (US, Canada, and Mexico). International shipping outside of North America is not available at this time. Sign up for Bad Bunzy Bucks to be notified when we expand to new regions.
