Everyone Is Welcome

We design our website to be usable by people of all abilities — including those using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technologies.

Ongoing Improvement

Accessibility is not a one-time task. We regularly review and improve our site to meet current standards and guidelines.

We Want Your Feedback

If you encounter any accessibility barriers on our site, please tell us. Your feedback directly shapes our improvements.

01

Our Promise

Our Commitment

Bad Bunzy Golf is committed to making our website — badbunzygolf.com — accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, have motor impairments, or have cognitive disabilities.

Our goal: We want every visitor to badbunzygolf.com to be able to browse our products, place an order, manage their account, and access all content — fully and independently, regardless of the device or assistive technology they use.
02

Guidelines We Follow

WCAG Conformance

The WCAG guidelines are organized into three levels of conformance. We are actively working toward Level AA conformance, which is the standard required by most accessibility laws in the United States and internationally.

Level A — Minimum
The most basic accessibility features. Failing to meet Level A makes content inaccessible to many users. We meet or exceed all Level A requirements.
Level AA — Our Target
The standard required by the ADA and most global accessibility regulations. This is our primary conformance target and ongoing commitment.
Level AAA — Aspirational
The highest level of accessibility. We work toward this where feasible, though full AAA conformance is not always achievable for all content.
Note: WCAG 2.1 is built on four core principles. Web content must be Perceivable (users can see or hear it), Operable (users can navigate and interact), Understandable (users can comprehend it), and Robust (it works with current and future assistive technologies).

What We've Done

Accessibility Features

We have implemented or are actively working to implement the following accessibility features across badbunzygolf.com:

Alternative Text

All meaningful images include descriptive alt text so screen reader users can understand the content of every visual element on the page.

Keyboard Navigation

Our entire website can be navigated using only a keyboard. All interactive elements — links, buttons, forms, and menus — are accessible via Tab, Enter, and arrow keys.

Color Contrast

We maintain sufficient color contrast ratios between text and background colors throughout the site, meeting WCAG AA minimum contrast requirements.

Form Labels & Errors

All form fields on our site — including checkout, contact forms, and account creation — include clear labels, required field indicators, and descriptive error messages.

Resizable Text

Our site supports browser-level text resizing up to 200% without loss of content or functionality. Users can adjust their browser font size freely.

Descriptive Links

Link text is descriptive and meaningful out of context. We avoid generic phrases like "click here" so screen reader users understand where each link leads.

Semantic HTML Structure

We use proper HTML heading hierarchy (H1, H2, H3), landmark regions, lists, and semantic elements so assistive technologies can correctly interpret page structure.

Responsive Design

Our site is fully responsive and works across all device sizes — from large desktop monitors to smartphones — without requiring horizontal scrolling or zooming.

Video & Media

We are working to ensure that all video content on our site — including Bad Bunzy Babes videos — includes closed captions and audio descriptions where applicable.

No Seizure Triggers

We do not use content that flashes more than three times per second, in line with WCAG guidelines to prevent risk to users with photosensitive epilepsy.

04

Keyboard Users

Keyboard Navigation

Our website is fully navigable using a keyboard alone. The following keyboard shortcuts work throughout badbunzygolf.com:

Key Action
Tab Move forward to the next interactive element (link, button, form field)
Shift + Tab Move backward to the previous interactive element
Enter Activate a link or button
Space Toggle checkboxes, activate buttons, or scroll the page
↑ ↓ Navigate through dropdown menus and select options
Esc Close open menus, modals, or popups
H Jump between headings (in most screen readers)
A visible focus indicator appears around interactive elements when navigating by keyboard, so you always know where you are on the page.
05

Compatible Technologies

Assistive Technologies

Our website is designed and tested to work with a range of assistive technologies. We aim for compatibility with the following:

  • Screen Readers: NVDA (Windows), JAWS (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), TalkBack (Android)
  • Browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge — current versions
  • Voice Control: Dragon NaturallySpeaking and Apple Voice Control
  • Magnification Software: ZoomText and built-in OS magnification tools
  • Switch Access: Our keyboard navigation supports switch access devices
If you experience compatibility issues with your specific assistive technology or browser combination, please contact us — we want to know so we can fix it.
06

Honest Disclosure

Known Limitations

We are committed to transparency. While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, we acknowledge that some areas of our site are still being improved:

  • Video Captions: We are in the process of adding closed captions to all video content featuring the Bad Bunzy Babes. New videos are captioned from the date of this statement forward.
  • Third-Party Content: Some content provided by third-party services — such as embedded social media feeds, payment processors, and review widgets — may not fully conform to our accessibility standards. We work with our providers to improve this where possible.
  • Legacy Content: Older product images and documents uploaded before our accessibility review may not yet have full alternative text. We are systematically reviewing and updating these.
We are actively working to resolve all known limitations. Our target for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance across all content is an ongoing commitment with regular review cycles.
07

Legal Framework

ADA Compliance

Bad Bunzy Golf takes its obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) seriously. We understand that Title III of the ADA has been interpreted by courts and the Department of Justice to apply to websites operated by places of public accommodation, including e-commerce businesses.

We are committed to making good-faith efforts to ensure our website is accessible and will promptly address any reported accessibility barriers. If you encounter an issue, please contact us before pursuing any legal action — we genuinely want to fix any problems.

Good-Faith Effort: This Accessibility Statement, combined with our ongoing technical improvements, demonstrates our good-faith commitment to web accessibility as required under applicable law. We document our efforts and update this statement regularly.
