All product descriptions, images, and pricing on our Site are provided for informational purposes. We make every effort to display products accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your screen's color display will accurately reflect the actual product color.

• Order Acceptance: Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. This confirmation does not guarantee order acceptance or product availability.
• Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you are 18 or older.
• Quantity Limits: We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product sold, particularly during promotional periods.

All prices displayed on our Site are in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

• Accepted Payment: We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
• Pricing Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund.
• Promotional Codes: Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
• Sales Tax: Sales tax will be collected as required by applicable state and local laws.
• Secure Transactions: All payment information is encrypted and processed securely. Bad Bunzy Golf does not store your full credit card information.

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times and costs are estimated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

• Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is available on orders of $150 or more within the contiguous United States, unless otherwise specified.
• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Shipping Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers at our discretion.
• Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Bad Bunzy Golf is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
• International Shipping: We currently ship within North America only. International orders are not available at this time.

We want you to love every Bad Bunzy Golf product. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on most products.

• Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided they are in original, unused condition with all original packaging.
• Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received. Items that show signs of use may not be eligible for a full refund.
• Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized products, items marked as final sale, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
• Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Exchanges: We offer exchanges for items of equal value. Contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange.
• Warranty Claims: For warranty-related issues, please refer to our separate Warranty page.

All content on our Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, video content featuring the Bad Bunzy Babes, button icons, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of Bad Bunzy Golf or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Trademarks: "Bad Bunzy Golf," the Bad Bunzy Golf logo, "Let's Play A Round," "Bad Bunzy Bucks," and all related product names and marks are trademarks of Bad Bunzy Golf. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
• Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our Site without our prior written consent.
• User Content: If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to our Site or social media pages, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content in connection with our products and marketing.

Bad Bunzy Bucks is our customer loyalty rewards program. Participation is free and open to all registered account holders. By participating in Bad Bunzy Bucks, you agree to the following terms:

• Earning Points: Points are earned on eligible purchases and qualifying activities as described on our Loyalty Program page. Points have no cash value unless redeemed through our approved redemption process.
• Redemption: Points may be redeemed for discounts on future purchases as specified. Points cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
• Affiliate & Referral Codes: Personal referral codes may generate cash rewards or points when friends place qualifying orders using your code, subject to the terms of the applicable referral program.
• Expiration: We reserve the right to set expiration terms for points. Points may expire after a period of account inactivity as specified in the Loyalty Program terms.
• Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Bad Bunzy Bucks program at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.
• Abuse: Any fraudulent activity or abuse of the loyalty program will result in forfeiture of points and may result in account termination.

Your use of our Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

By using our Site and services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. We will never sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida. By using our Site, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at support@badbunzygolf.com before initiating formal legal proceedings.
