Our tumblers are designed to fit standard golf bag bottle pockets. The Blaster (28 oz) and Boozy (20 oz) fit most standard pockets. The Bubbly, which holds a full wine bottle, may require a larger pocket or can be carried in a side sleeve. We recommend checking your bag's specific pocket dimensions. The Bracket clips onto virtually any bag strap or rail, regardless of bag style or brand.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and buy-now-pay-later options including Afterpay and Klarna. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. We do not store your full credit card number.

Standard shipping typically delivers within 5–8 business days from the ship date, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also log into your Bad Bunzy Golf account at any time to view your order status and tracking details.

If your package says "delivered" but hasn't arrived, don't panic — this happens occasionally and packages usually arrive within 1–2 days. If it still hasn't shown up after 48 hours, contact us right away.

We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all products. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and unopened in their original condition and packaging. This applies to all Bad Bunzy Golf products without exception.

Email us at support@badbunzygolf.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Items must be unused and unopened in their original packaging and returned within 30 days of delivery. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not ship items back without first contacting us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

For returns due to a defect or our error, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you. For standard returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Yes! We offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to availability. Contact us at support@badbunzygolf.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes! All Bad Bunzy Golf products — including all tumblers, the B-Bop speaker, the Bracket, and all accessories — are backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers both personal and commercial use.

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and damage from drops, misuse, or improper cleaning are not covered.

No. Normal wear and tear like dents, scratches, or chipped paint is not covered by the warranty, but it also does not void it. If your product has a manufacturing defect or fails to perform as intended, it's still covered.

Email us at support@badbunzygolf.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video of the defect. We'll review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days. In some cases we may ask you to return the product for inspection — if so, we'll let you know who covers return shipping.

Our warranty is currently available in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Coverage outside of North America is not available at this time.

Pairing is simple:

• Turn on your device's Bluetooth in settings
• Power on the Blaster or Brew & Boogie speaker
• Select the device from your Bluetooth list — it will appear as "Bad Bunzy" or the model name
• Once connected, you'll hear a tone confirming the connection

The speaker remembers your last paired device and will reconnect automatically next time you power it on.

You can pair two of the same Bad Bunzy speakers (Blaster + Blaster, or B-Bop + B-Bop) for full TWS stereo sound:

• Connect the first speaker to your phone via Bluetooth
• Power on the second speaker
• Press and hold the Play/Pause button on the second speaker for about 1 second until both sync

Volume is controlled from your phone or device — both speakers respond simultaneously.

• Brew & Boogie: Up to 8 hours of play time
• B-Bop speaker: 3.5–6 hours of play time — charges via included Type-C cable in approximately 2 hours

Always charge using the included USB cable. An indicator light shows charging status — it turns off or changes color when fully charged.

Range may vary slightly depending on environmental conditions, obstacles, and interference from other Bluetooth devices.

The B-Bop has built-in magnets and snaps onto any metal surface instantly — golf cart frames, refrigerators, lockers, and more. It also works with MagSafe phone cases, snapping directly to the back of your phone as a speaker stand for music, video, or calls.

For non-magnetic surfaces (glass, wood, plastic), use one of the two included adhesive magnetic rings — stick the ring anywhere, then snap the B-Bop on. It's that simple.

Our Bluetooth speakers are not waterproof and should not be submerged in water or exposed to rain or heavy moisture. They are designed for outdoor use on the golf course under normal conditions. Always wipe clean with a dry cloth and store in a dry place when not in use.

No. All Bad Bunzy tumblers and accessories should be hand washed only. Placing them in the dishwasher can damage the vacuum insulation, the Bluetooth components, and the exterior finish. Hand wash with warm water and mild soap, then air dry.

Hand wash the interior with warm water and mild dish soap using a bottle brush. Rinse thoroughly. For stubborn stains or odors, fill with a mixture of warm water and a small amount of baking soda, let it sit for 30 minutes, then rinse well. Avoid using bleach or abrasive cleaners.

No. The Bad Bunzy Bubbly is designed for wine and non-carbonated beverages. Carbonated drinks can build pressure inside the vessel, which is not safe and may damage the aerator. Stick to wine, spirits, or still beverages in the Bubbly.

Do not pour boiling liquids directly into any tumbler. Our tumblers are designed to keep hot beverages hot — but pouring in liquid at boiling temperature (212°F / 100°C) can be dangerous and may damage the seal. Let hot liquids cool slightly before pouring. Never microwave or freeze your tumbler.
